Federal judge upholding SAFE Act gun ban relied on unsupported assumptions

Today’s Gun Rights Examiner report notes once more how little sway simple things we should be able to take for granted, like the Constitution and basic facts, have in federal courts these days. Which means things are going to get real interesting if the antis get what they want.
